The LED screen shows the remaining hours of filter life, and anyone can change the cartridge in 2 minutes or less.

What is the MedicAir® Pro?
The MedicAir® Pro is a portable, medical-grade HEPA air purifier, designed by medical professionals and trusted by the NHS (National Health Service). One cabinet holds an anti-microbially coated HEPA H13 filter, an activated nano carbon filter, and a 24W UV-C lamp chamber.
Is a portable air purifier as good as a whole-home system?
Yes. The MedicAir® Pro is the all-in-one: HEPA, carbon, and UV-C in one cabinet. Matching it on a furnace takes two units, a whole-home HEPA system and a UV system. The advantage of a duct-mounted system is that it is out of sight. See every option on our air purifiers page.
How big a space does the MedicAir® Pro cover?
It moves up to 605 m³/h of clean air (its Clean Air Delivery Rate, at max settings) and draws air in from all 360 degrees. How many units a space needs depends on its size: our air changes per hour calculator does the math, or ask us during your free in-home air test.
How loud is the MedicAir® Pro?
Its sound level runs from 28 dB to 60 dB. At 28 dB it is quieter than a whisper (about 30 dB), so you can sleep peacefully while it works 24 hours a day.
Does the UV-C lamp produce ozone?
No. The MedicAir® features a non-ozone-producing UV-C lamp chamber.
How often does the filter need replacing?
The pre-filter, H13 HEPA filter, carbon filter, and 24W UV-C bulb come in one all-in-one cartridge, rated for 5,000 hours or longer: about 9 months to a year, depending on use and environment. The LED screen shows the remaining hours of filter life. Order replacement cartridges from our store.
Can I control it from my phone?
Yes, app control is optional. The MedicAir® app controls the unit and shows the air quality and the remaining filter life, and the MedicAir Data app shows the air quality history by day, week, month, and year. A remote control is included. Here is how to connect the apps.
